Bolton & Menk has a new opportunity for aProject Manager - Water/Wastewaterto join our team based in either our Ames or Des Moines, IA locations. What You Will Do:
This role will have a focus on our industrial water/wastewater market. As a Project Manager you own planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, Master's degree in Civil Engineering strongly preferred
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Iowa
15+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with industrial infrastructure.
Experience with client relationship management and business development.
Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred skills:
Experience with industrial business development and building strong client relationships
Experience conducting community meetings and communication
Previous supervisory experience
