Aerotek Office Assistant in Ames, Iowa
This is a Front Office Assistant role working on a variety of different responsibilities. This is a smaller company of about 25 employees and an office staff of about 10 people so need to be okay working in a smaller environment. This is a long term opportunity and we are looking for someone who would like to grow within the company.
Administrative Tasks :
Greet people who enter the building
Answer incoming phone calls
Working with the incoming mail
Processing Tasks :
Writing up new orders
Keeping the order logs up to date in Excel
Helping push work orders through their process
Misc. Tasks :
Helping with projects as needed
Working with Customer Service Reps to take calls if they are backed up
Administrative support, Administrative assistance, Front desk, Administration, Clerical, Customer service, Filing, Microsoft
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1 or more years’ experience in Administrative/Receptionist, or professional office role. OR a degree in business, finance, logistics/supply chain, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Excel & Office
