Pearle Vision Retail Store Manager in Ames, Iowa

This position will manage all aspects of the retail operation and work directly with the general manager to reach specific goals while continuing to serve our highly valued customers. Every day the management team will monitor and train staff to ensure professional and consistent experiences to our customers. Our management staff and all associates are expected to use their talents and training to assist and educate customers throughout the entire eyewear selection process. Only persons with LONG TERM employment at the Ames location, should apply. A minimum of 1 year of management experience is necessary to qualify as a candidate for this position. We can teach the optical side of the business, but we expect this person to know and understand the dynamics of the customer service/retail side of the business. We are looking for exceptional qualities in the person we hire. This will be an hourly position, with a competitive wage, and a variety of opportunities to receive bonus based on store performance.
