The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm with the potential for overtime. The Waste Water Operator/Maintenance (Oiler) will be responsible for the daily maintenance of all oils, filters, water separators, UF, drain lines, etc. on all buildings, plant equipment, and machinery.**This position is eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus**Employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment which include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, annual bonus program, paid parental leave for birthing and non-birthing parents, a great working environment including 100% climate-controlled facility and much more! We pride ourselves on growing our human potential and encourage career growth within our facilities.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintenance tasks such as, but not limited to, adjusting belts, changing lamps, checking air suppliers, daily oiling, etc.Continually maintain all oil levels.Maintain wastewater systems per SOPs and manufacturer, Maintain records of P.M. and waste water systems and maintain minimum bin quantities of parts required to perform the job.Dump chip hoppers at machine centers when they are full.To perform unskilled machine maintenance work and assist mechanic in performing manual work such as moving equipment, tools, and materials.Assist others with dismantling, overhauling, and assembling of equipment and machinery.Must be able to operate all machines in maintenance department.May be assigned cleaning and sweep-up duties in maintenance shop.Must be willing to work day and afternoon shifts and regular Saturday overtime.Frequently work with gloves and eye protection.
