JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media Preparation of samples - ensure incoming samples are labeled correctly
Inspect raw materials
Prepare grain samples for analytical testing.
Organization and coordination of projects in a high throughput lab environment
Obtaining analytical data and ensuring data integrity
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field and one year of hands on lab experience
Experience with total combustion analysis, elemental analysis, calorimetry, Gas Chromatography (GC), NIR Spectroscopy, NMR, total oil analysis, colorimetry, High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC),
Experience with wet chemical analyses and LIMS
Experience with LIMS
