Accountemps has an upcoming needing for an Inventory Specialist to join an innovative designer and manufacturer of products for the retail, hospitality and contract industries. This role is available due to an internal promotion and needing someone strong analytical, attention to detail, and technical skills. Responsibilities: ? Manage inventory control and process cycle counts, product allocation and warehouse facility space planning. ? Organize and manage all physical inventories for yearly audits. ? Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy. ? Research inventory discrepancies, determine cause recommend necessary adjustments, and make inventory adjustments. ? Audit incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and confirm packing slips/ invoices are in compliance with company standard policy. ? Ensure the integrity of the inventory part classification by verifying item number, product category, description and bin location. ? Responsible for all RMAs' (Return Merchandise Authorization) return of goods. ? Communicate issues pertaining to inventory procurement to senior management. ? Assist with order fulfillment, product assembly, unloading of trucks, receiving and other warehouse duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements: ? 3 years + in inventory management and warehouse distribution operations. ? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and with advanced Excel skills. ? Easily adapt to new software programs. ? Detail oriented, accurate and extremely organized. ? Strong problem solving and time management skills. ? Self-directed, perform responsibilities independently with minimal direction. ? Multi-task without difficulties in a fast-paced, warehouse environment. ? Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch.
