CDS Global, Inc Image Support Typist in BOONE, Iowa

Image Support Typist Keys a variety of information from imaged documents such as name and addresses, email addresses, check amounts, scan lines, credit cards, micr lines, mark sense and handprint keying. Prints reject reports, locates batches, pulls rejected items from batch and flags batch on system for cutoff. Ensures all rejected transactions are sent to the proper area for processing. Ensures accurate updating of subscriber records and maintains client turnaround time. Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information. Reacts professionally to change and remains productive. Continually performs and meets performance standards of this position. Interacts in a cooperative and professional manner, with all levels of employees, vendors and clients, in a team environment. Adheres to CDS Global policies. Required Skills Minimum typing requirement of 35 WPM. (Typing assessment required) Average knowledge of PC. 10-key experience preferred. Ability to analyze, interpret and process data. Ability to repetitively key and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to problem solve. Good attention to detail. Average organizational skills. Ability to make independent decisions. Average communication skills. Average ability to read, write and speak English. Stable work history. Must be at least 16 years of age. Minimum of 20 hours/week. Prefer 40 hours/week. Mandatory Orientation/Training: On the job training - Monday - Friday TBD Work Schedules available within the following parameters: Monday-Friday7:00 am - 11:00 pm Saturday/Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Salary: Base wage = $11.50/hour Shift Differential Premiums 2nd Shift = $.75/paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a regular and reoccurring basis. WKND Shift = $3.75/ hour worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Position Type - Temporary Post-offer, pre-employment exam will be required.
