[Team Staffing is currently searching for candidates for a company in West Burlington to fill their 1^st^ shift assembly positions. Long term placements where candidates must want to grow with the company and be a team player. This company has a growth plan and is willing to increase wages during the probation period depending on attendance and growth.

[Hours: 7am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday [Pay: $14 per hour

[Responsibilities for Assemblers]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}

• Run basic machinery to cut, strips or cut wires
• Read blueprints to assemble of wire harnesses
• Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running
• Assemble steering columns, light kits or tractor seats
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Inspect products for quality

• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Candidates must have good attention to detail skills
• Must be able to maintain good attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to learn tasks quickly
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
