Position OverviewManages and evaluates assigned region of the contractor network. Interacts with departments and field sales as well as recruits and educates new quality contractors.Job ResponsibilitiesManages and evaluates the quality and cost of the contractor network in an assigned region by analyzing and interpreting reports and statistical dataLiaises with departments, contractors and field sales to facilitate communication and resolve issuesEducates and trains contractors on company policies and proceduresAnalyzes data to determine gaps in contractor availability within assigned regionRecruits, coaches and maintains quality contractors to meet regional goalsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field and/or 4 years experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li>Negotiation and sales skillsWritten communicationAnalytical skillsOrganizational and time managementComputers skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Some travel requiredPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential function to this job.
