PURPOSE STATEMENT

Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs, and organizations.

JOB SUMMARY

Prepare screens for production to include coating, imaging, exposing, wash-out, tape and pin holing. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Status/Hours: Full-Time, Nights, Monday – Thursday 3:30 pm – 2 am. Overtime as scheduled.

JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produces orders as determined by the supervisor or the production schedule.

  • Labels and scans imaged screens to keep ERP system accurate.

  • Wash screens to remove wax from image area with high pressure hose.

  • Examines screens for image clarity and returns poor quality screens to I Jet room for re-imaging.

  • Tapes and blocks perimeter of screens, scanning when complete.

  • Visually inspects for and repairs pinholes in screens and ensures image is completely washed out.

  • Coats screens with specified emulsion ensuring a consistent stencil.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • Screen printing experience preferred; however, will train the right candidate.

  • Strong attention to detail; mechanical inclination helpful.

  • Must have good judgement of layout, design and other specifications.
