Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Shift: First Shift
Primary Function: Under general supervision, works with companies to develop artwork and design for uniform items used by Camp Adventure students; conducts bidding process for student uniforms; places orders for uniforms; engages in distribution of uniforms to students; works with instructors for summer coursework; purchases office supplies; provides backup coverage to answer phones; monitors timesheets for students and temporary staff; performs data entry to maintain and access student records using Filemaker Pro database and OnBase; assists in keeping office area clean and organized; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to one year of full-time employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Camp Adventure Child & Youth Services, Filemaker Pro database, and OnBase preferred.
