Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Shift: First Shift
Under general supervision, assists with generating and maintaining documents and processes for management of student employment; assists with food, supply and fixed asset inventory management; prepares correspondence for managers; balances cash registers and prepares deposits of cash; assists with purchasing and supervises receipt of food and supplies; assists in maintaining accuracy of information for catering; prepares information for training of employees; provides secretarial assistance for managers; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment.
