The objective of this role is to develop technology solutions to increase the production operations of livestock farms through technologies. The Sales Executive is responsible for growing the business by clearly articulating the value proposition to sell the features of CCR solutions and/or services. Coordinate and lead all sales activity through the sales cycle to achieve business goals .

What You’ll Accomplish and Experience

  • Meet with current and potential clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and consult them on the CCR value proposition while leading the conversation and exploring new frontiers.

  • Participating and executing sales strategy, goals, and objectives as set by the team.

  • Continuing to learn, analyze and understand the overall market, differentiating products and competitors.

  • Recommending, facilitating, and coordinating with both potential clients and key stakeholders to acquire new clients.

  • Leading the entire sales cycle within complex sales.

  • Managing and validating the sales pipeline by assessing early-stage opportunities to ensure the sales goals will be met.

  • Establishing sales goals and tracking results and trends regularly for business budgeting/forecasting.

  • Prepare, document and maintain Prospect/Client info and initial Strategy.

  • Attend industry tradeshows.

    Desirable Previous Experience

  • High level of business and financial acumen.

  • Previous agriculture sales.

  • Thrive when engaging with clients: can begin conversations, build rapport and handle objections.

  • Demonstrated use of consulting and value based selling approach.

  • Fully understand entire sales and strategy process.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established quotas.

  • Experience working in sales management software.

  • Accurately forecast sales weekly, monthly and quarterly revenues.

  • High level understanding of CCR services related to implementation and functionality.

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships internally and externally.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop strategies and tactics to measure ROI post implementation.

  • Demonstrated self-motivation in a sales environment.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and use of presentation tools.

  • Maintain composure when faced with conflict, strong listening skills and have the ability to adjust quickly.

  • Strong ability to communicate and listen effectively at C-level and senior leadership relationships

  • Ability to successfully influence and work cross functionally effectively.

  • Systems mindset to use tools such as dashboards and reports to track client information.

  • High level of technology aptitude with knowledge of IT industry.

  • Experience working trade shows to develop strong pipeline of sales leads.

  • Ability to travel.
