Aston Carter Client Coordinator in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Description:
Responds to inquiries or issues in a timely manner on the phone and/or email.
Resolves issues through active listening by clarifying the concern, determining the best course of action, explaining the solution, expediting correction including dispatching service and/or ordering parts, ensuring a quality interaction.
Generates detailed and factual customer documentation.
Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude always.
Participates in product training to learn about products.
This is a 4-month contract to hire role. You will be brought on to direct placement after four months.
40-50% of day will be on phones, 50-60% of day will be dealing with email traffic
Hours: 8-hour shift between Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:15pm , Some Saturday and OT is possible with fully trained candidates but volunteered not mandatory
3 types of people/customers you will be talking too: end consumer, servicers (dealers), sales team in the field
Dress Code: Casual, jeans allowed with an appropriate t-shirt
Remote work is an option once candidates are up and running with manager approval

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service experience High School Diploma or GED
Steady work history of 12 months or more
40+ WPM typing Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus
Dis-qualifiers- inconsistent work history, negative attitude
