Responsibilities as an HR Coordinator:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Track new hire compliance status and keep detailed notes.
Partner with hiring managers, IT, and other departments to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
Work cohesively with others to get new hires started on time
Answer any general questions and act as the point of contact for new hires
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR coordination or onboarding.
Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and employee orientation.
Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office platforms
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines
