Description Our esteemed client is hiring a Human Resource Generalist to come aboard their team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a wide variety of assignments to support critical operations of the HR department. Main responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. Your responsibilities in this role
Construct onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Design employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Leverage HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
Parter with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
Create employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Gauge employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Preserve physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances Requirements - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must
1+ years of human resources experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Proactive in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
