Works as a member of a team to identify, solution, and deliver Infrastructure services to internal customers whom deliver applications to end users
Works as a member of a team to provide proactive and responsive customer support to infrastructure services / solutions deployed by and owned by team
Works as a member of a team to create & maintain vendor relationships with 3rd parties that deliver critical services for our success
Root cause analysis on application and server outages
Leads and coordinates proof of concepts for validation against requirements and solutions design review and ranking w/ customer & leadership.
Application and server performance Monitoring solutions
Develops and maintains technical documentation and proposals
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
In absence of a degree, 7 years of relevant experience is required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements
Linux / Windows Server Administration
Compliance / Security Controls (DFARS, PI, TPIP, Technical Data)
Docker / Containerization
Systems performance analysis (Elastic stack, Zabbix, Grafana)
Docker Orchestration / Automation (Kubernetes)
Java WebApp administration
Database Infrastructure Administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL)
