The newly created Customer Correspondence Center has been developed in order to continuously improve our correspondence to strategically drive customer experience improvements and generate operational efficiency.Job Description
The Lead Intelligence Designer is a key member of the Customer Correspondence Center. The team is responsible for Transamerica’s administrative and automated communications such as correspondence, enrollment materials, forms, confirmations and quarterly statements along with paperless (eDelivery). These materials serve as critical touch points for our customers by providing required and transactional information and provide a great opportunity to directly impact the client experience.
The Candidate will be responsible for:
Support the team in designing and developing templates
Cultivate a deep understanding styles, patterns, and standardized libraries and interactions that follow industry best practices
Work with the Marketing to improve creative and design processes for Transamerica’s operational and administrative communications
Produce wireframes, visuals, and experiences for our customer correspondence
Successful candidates demonstrate:
Knowledge of design and prototyping tools as well as familiarity with correspondence channels such as text, chat, email and paper.
A strong foundation in customer experience
Ability to simplify highly complex communications
Ability to run discussions with line of business stakeholders and product owners
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions
Ability to be nimble and flexible in a fast-paced environment

What You Need (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in an IT field or relevant business discipline (e.g., accounting, investments, marketing), or equivalent experience
Ten years of experience in process modeling or business analyst work with a focus on process optimization
Eight years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment
Expert knowledge of business processing/automation tools
In-depth understanding of robotics process automation and intelligent automation tools
Advanced skills in SQL and/or the following tools and systems is a plus: Twilio, GMC, Unqork, Drupal, Workfront and/or JIRA
Ability to take complex and abstract concepts and distill them into meaningful process designs
Ability to solve problems and innovate in a fast-paced environment
Communication and presentation skills
Time-management skills to manage/support projects and automated processes in production
Decision-making ability to take calculated risks
Advanced skills in MS Excel
Preferred: Experience in Agile
Preferred: High emotional intelligence and strong decision-making capabilities
Preferred: Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred: Experience with taking complex topics and distilling information into consumable formats for different audiences, including Leadership
Preferred: Expert usage of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Preferred: Knowledge/experience in the financial services industry

Compensation:
The salary for this position generally ranges between $90,000 - $150,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an annual bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 15%.
