This is an exempt level position.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the successful implementation of asset management strategies within plants to optimize the total cost of ownership and provide reliable processes. Activities include the development and implementation of Maintenance and Reliability processes, location assessments, new project reliability reviews, development of reliability standards, and precision skills training. Candidate must drive program implementation by influencing stake holders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for deploying the Maintenance and Reliability strategy within plants

  • Leads the deployment of leading practices, tools and processes

  • Implements KPI and tracking metrics for measurement of reliability performance

  • Employs effective change management and communication processes

  • Identifies gaps, opportunities and proposes solutions to barriers

  • Training and support

  • Develops understanding of maintenance and reliability strategy within the facility

  • Works with ADM resources to create and implement competency based learning programs across plants

  • Subject Matter Expert for asset management

  • Serves as a centralized resource to support multiple areas

  • Continuous improvement

  • Develops and deploys best practices and training methodologies in alignment with corporate and BU strategy.

  • Actively pursues related continuing education

  • Utilized experience to refine program standards and best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors or technical degree and 7-10 years maintenance experience or High school diploma/GED with 15 years maintenance experience.

  • 5 or more years of proven operations leadership

  • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting industrial equipment

  • Experience creating and executing plans to drive organizational results

  • Experience facilitating meetings and leading teams

  • Proficient computer skills. (Excel, Maximo, Data Analysis)

  • Strong competencies in communication, teamwork, interpersonal effectiveness

  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/develop others
