An additional income between $182.50-$264.50 per paycheck (24 out of 26 paychecks a year) on top of the hourly wage, depending on the health plan selected.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Marketing department and/or executive director and/or staff. Responsibilities may include managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; and preparing reports and financial data. Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.

Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.

Review reports to analyze trends and provide comparison to previous fiscal years to analyze data.
Process bills for payment to internal and external clients.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and standard brochures.
Manage Marketing and Print Services quoting, billing, and invoicing.
Generate and manage department workload and billing reports.
Produce and manage department’s e-newsletters.
Proofreading marketing projects and other written communications.
Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work assignments.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:
Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
Associate’s degree or 8 years of office administration experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software and MS Office.
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing and record keeping.
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
