Job Summary: Office Assistant

Position:

Office Assistant

Hours:

Part-time, 4 hours/day, 4 days/week (Potential for full time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone Call Management: Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and courteously, directing calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Job Estimates: Generate accurate job estimates based on provided templates and customer specifications. Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner.
  • Social Media Posting: Create and schedule engaging content for the company's social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments and messages as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements: *Must be willing to learn

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
