Job Title: Warehouse Picker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking products, utilizing an RF scan gun, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role involves walking throughout the warehouse, occasionally using a forklift or reach truck, and working collaboratively with other team members to maintain an efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scan gun to locate products on shelves and add them to pallets.

• Operate a reach truck as needed.

• Pick products with speed and accuracy.

• Walk throughout the warehouse to retrieve products.

• Occasionally utilize a forklift or reach truck.

• Build cardboard display cases and pack products into them.

• Read customer orders and assemble packages accordingly.

• Collaborate with 1-2 other people to ensure efficient order processing.

• Maintain general warehouse upkeep.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.

• Proficiency in performing repetitive tasks.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Efficiency in picking products with speed and accuracy using an RF scan gun.

• Capability to walk around the warehouse all day to retrieve products.

• Ability to lift, bend, twist, push, and pull.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general labor tasks.

• Familiarity with assembly, forklift operation, packing, and reach truck use.

• Knowledge of RF scan gun operation.

• Ability to read and process purchase orders.

• Experience in packaging, repacking, and production environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00
