Do you enjoy prospecting and developing new business opportunities? Are you solution-driven to help customers achieve greater success? We are seeking an Account Executive focused on Business Development in our Healthcare division. Our Sales Professionals have exceptional listening skills and use this ability to tie GreatAmerica solutions to business needs.
As an Account Executive you will have the opportunity to sell creative financing programs to business owners in the Healthcare industry. This position will include cultivating and growing existing GreatAmerica relationships to increase their leasing volume, but the primary focus is bringing on net new opportunities. You must be able to successfully use consultative selling methods and you will be accountable for achieving sales volume goals in your territory. You will work collaboratively with a team to drive success in your territory, including individuals from sales, collections, account support, documentation and credit. Specific job duties will involve.

Do you take a strategic approach to your work? We’re looking for talented individuals to develop lead generation strategies within the Healthcare equipment finance vertical to create a strong prospective pipeline and to achieve 100% of sales volume.
What makes you qualified for this position:
Ability to sell value by helping customers envision how GreatAmerica programs can save them money and/or increase productivity.
An affinity for connecting quickly with people to gain trust in order to collaboratively solve business problems.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting experience i n the Healthcare equipment finance industry.
Proven ability to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses, and an interest in learning about ways to add value to an evolving industry.
Excelling in communication, business development, relationship management, working autonomously and time management.
