About this position:

This is a customer facing role that helps drive sales goals with high regard for operation execution in the day-to-day implementation of our customer’s financing program. Individual maintains direct working relationships within the territory, supporting all aspects of the financing process by responding to inquiries, handling research and finding the mutually beneficial resolution. This role is responsible for proactive communication with customers and internal team on trends and opportunities within a customer’s program where GreatAmerica can add value.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Provide prompt, accurate and consistent information that meets or exceeds quality metrics.

  • Ability to successfully advance on multiple and often competing priorities while staying organized is key.

  • Support the daily implementation of financing programs with effective communication through various platforms.

  • Shepherd the transaction through each stage of the sales process including but not limited to; communicating credit decisions to customers, creating agreements, researching accounts, following-up on missing or incorrect information and gathering of data for forecasting.

  • Proactively develop and foster relationships with customers to address their needs, develop action plans, consult on services and capabilities that add value for the customer and result in a win-win solution for all.

  • Partner with sales team on proposal of recommendations to customer, internal resources, teammates and leadership in order to best support the customer program throughout the life of the agreement.

  • Technical expert of rate calculations and proficient in GreatAmerica systems to complete complex process requests.

  • Manage and effectively communicate customer’s program information including legal documentation, contact information and implementation of processes.

  • Facilitate the onboarding of customers by providing training on financing procedures, resources and best practices that will help their business grow efficiently.

  • Act as an extension of our customer’s organization when interacting with the customer’s end-user.

  • Provide The GreatAmerica Experience with a high-level understanding of other functions in order to deliver solutions and complete a variety of tasks to support our customer.

Education, experience and skills required:

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred or equivalent education/experience

Experience: 1 year of customer relationship experience, or experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

Skills and Abilities-

Computer Skills: Proficiency using MS Office and the ability to work across multiple computer systems. Ability to type at least 60 words per minute is also a plus.

Other Requirements: Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced open work environment. Curious and inquisitive personality with desire to learn, understand and adapt to the constantly evolving environment within GreatAmerica. Individual is enthusiastic to be part of a team working towards common goals. It is vital in this role to have excellent relationship building skills and ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner, orally and in writing.
