Looking for your next career move in one of the largest growing industries in the country? TelCom Construction is a telecommunications contractor hiring a full-time Directional Drill Crew Foreman. The Directional Drill Crew Foreman lead and maintain safely and efficient operation of their assigned crew.

What will you do?

• Supervise the day to day operations of assigned jobs/work orders

• Ensure the timely and comprehensive completion of all assigned projects

• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and other crew members

• Organize materials, equipment and labor

• Verfy locates, materials and billing

• Provide all required job reporting

• Complete as-builts and redlines

• Actively participate in and take responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience is required

• Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred

• Good computer skills specifically with database software and Excel is required

• Prior experience working with Google applications is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

• Out of town travel is required as well as on-call availability

• Valid driver's license with good driving record

• Class A CDL license is a plus
