The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to network across our businesses and functions, all while improving the productivity, quality and efficiency of our operations worldwide.
The chosen intern will s upport Collins Supply Chain REACH Compliance program through participation in preparation and execution of bi-annual REACH Article 33 declaration review cycle. They will provide education, engagement, and follow up on key REACH compliance concepts with suppliers and internal supply chain organization.
Work with and follow up with suppliers for REACH Article 33 declaration survey responses.
Escalate issues or problems in responsiveness from Buyer(s) to team for action
Assist in updating Program Operating Guide
Assist in validation of updated standard work
Create and update existing standard work
Interfaces with 3rd Party provider to ensure that Collins Aerospace database updates are translated to 3rd party module to ensure consistent messaging to suppliers
Answers questions from suppliers regarding REACH
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a U.S Citizen or U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
