Aerotek Account Representative - WFH in Coralville, Iowa

The Account Representative works directly with customers and internal departments to recover unpaid debts. Account Representatives are also responsible for

investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and issues that come up in the resolution process.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with clients to collect outstanding debts, while ensuring that collection targets are being met in order to maintain positive cash flow

  • Assists Finance in properly allocating receipts and credits

  • Identifies slow-moving accounts to management and noting key details so that delinquent debt is escalated for intensive follow up

  • Documents all correspondence with the client regarding payment issues clearly and concisely

  • Manages accounts in a professional manner in order to maintain positive client relationship and minimize bad debt exposure

  • Investigates and resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Previous Collections, Accounts Receivable or applicable experience preferred

  • Excellent computer skills that include Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in typing required

  • Experience with Microsoft AX and SalesForce (CRM) preferred
