Job Statement:

The Configuration Analyst/Solutions Support Agent is responsible for business software applications and tools utilized to manage operational activities. This role will provide specific functions within the software applications and tools such as designing, configuring, modifying, testing, analyzing for maximization, and performing scheduled/unscheduled maintenance activities. The Configuration Analyst/Solutions Support Agent will work in partnership with internal partners such as our Client Services and Operations Teams in addition to external vendor partners to support daily operational needs and organizational strategic objectives.

Job Duties:

A successful Configuration Analyst/Solutions Support Agent will exemplify the MediRevv Mindset by helping the organization on a whole achieve balance between partners, people, and performance.

  • Execute configurations and develop workflows for business software applications including but not limited to call management systems, voice mail, interactive voice response software, third party patient statements and online payment portals, and patient account management system(s) (such as Artiva HCx)

  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve escalated or complex issues identified with business software applications or tools

  • Analyze and understand user requirements, operational workflows, and issues to maximize business software applications and automate or refine processes

  • Provide consultative support for processes related to business software applications for non-technical internal partners to ensure timely, effective and efficient resolution of their requests as well as external partner needs and requests

  • Interface with vendor partners on projects related to new client implementation configurations, new business software applications, new revenue cycle management technologies/tools, change requests, or new workflow/process development

  • Effectively communicate updates or needs related to ticket resolution, project items, and/or prioritization changes

  • Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation of processes, workflows and procedures

  • Ensure data is handled in a manner that adheres all MediRevv policy

  • Provide after-hours support to implement, troubleshoot, or resolve items which require a quiet system to execute or push changes to production environments within business software applications and tools

  • Other innovative and progressive projects and duties as assigned

Job Requirements ? Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

A successful candidate must have proficient knowledge/capabilities in the following areas:

  • Bachelor?s degree in computer science desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Desired experience in a role equivalent to a Configuration Analyst, Applications Developer, or like position with business systems or applications support job functions

  • Working knowledge of patient account management systems and/or call management systems preferred

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues within software applications to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action

  • Proven logic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Effective and proficient written and oral communication required for all partners, specifically focused on the ability to communicate non-technical information to non-technical resources

  • Skills to work independently and be resourceful with the ability to prioritize workload

  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or similar programmatic language preferred

  • Basic understanding of databases, such as cache, preferred

  • Change Management experience desired

  • Highly self-motivated and directed

  • Demonstrated skill working with Microsoft Office Suite of products
