The Assistant Manager or “assistant site leader” is charge with assisting and maintaining all day-to-day operations at a designated location. Running shifts and maintaining brand and location standards set by the General Manager. Customer service is the focus of all team members, and the assistant manager is tasked with ensuring that all team members strive for Excellence in that area.

Primary Job Functions
• Managing proper scheduling

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Benefits
• Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week
• Salary: $18 - $20 per hour
