Basic FunctionFully responsible for ensuring Red Giant Oil Company LLC's PandL results meet annual revenue targets of $44+ million and annual sales volumes ranging from 10-12+ million gallons, while providing mutually agreed to customer service, without compromising EHandS standards of excellence.Job DutiesLeading and directing the activities of the business unit to achieve desired financial resultsProviding necessary infrastructure and human resources to meet business unit objectivesDeveloping and maintaining a sustainable culture to support EHandS standards of excellenceReview and negotiates contracts and pricing with all customersProvides the best forecast of future salesResponsible for new sales development within and beyond the Railroad segment, with focus on inland marine, power generation and traditional lubricant segmentsProvides oversight and guidance to the Customer Service, Transportation, Operations and EHandS functionsActs as primary liaison with Lubricants and Specialties Marketing and RandD teamsExperienceAt least 15 years of management experience with increasing responsibility required. 20+ years of management experience with increasing responsibility and previous experience in the areas of operations, sales, planning and finance preferred.Education LevelBachelor's Degree in Business with emphasis in Sales and Marketing, Global Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Operations Management or related field required.
