We are hiring an additional Collections Specialist who is ready to make an impact to our client's growing AR Collections team. As a Collections Specialist, you will support the region's day-to-day AR Collections process through monitoring of Accounts Receivable Aging and Collections System. With firm guidance, you'll take action to recover delinquent accounts by initiating collections calls and prepare reports reflecting status of collection activity, recommending resolution for disputed issues with clients.

You'll make an impact daily through responsibilities such as:

• Initiating collection calls for customers

• Document detailed notes into collections tracking system, coordinating follow up calls, resending invoices and researching any client account discrepancies as needed

• Working with Relationship Leads and Clients regarding payment arrangements, collections, skip tracing and client issues

• Submitting write off requests, credit research, client refunds and credit applications

• Processing of credit card payments

• Reporting and analysis duties such as recommending resolutions, account analysis, and and more as you evolve in the role

In this engagement, you'll build upon your experience within a professional services firm, gain big system ERP knowledge, work with a cohesive and collaborative group of talented colleagues. Position offers remote flexibility balanced with monthly in-office days enhancing development and collaboration opportunities. Position can also support a fully onsite presence, if preferred. Candidates should be local to the greater Quad Cities area as the monthly in-office days are vital for team connectivity and ongoing development. Requirements

Collections Specialist candidates with 1+ years of experience are encouraged to apply. Stand-out candidates will offer:

• Collections / AR Aging Expertise: Previous experience in collections and accounts receivable is valued

• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and tracking collection activities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting collection calls and resolving client issues.

• Analytical Abilities: Analytical skills to handle account analysis and recommend resolutions.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively with Relationship Leads and Clients, as well as being a supportive team player.
