Aerotek Construction Project Coordinator in Davenport, Iowa
Job Description:
Commercial general contractor seeking a project coordinator to be based out of Davenport, IA. Job duties may include but are not limited to:
Work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and email
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday
7a-4p
Qualifications:
1+ years previous experience as a project coordinator on construction projects
Valid DL
Ability to work in an office and construction jobsite environment
