An established organization in the Quad City Area is looking to add skilled Customer Service Representatives to their already expanding team. The Customer Service Representative will primarily be responding to various customer inquiries and directly scheduling appointments for the sales staff. You will be responsible for handling a high call volume daily to ensure that quality customer service is provided to those who are inquiring for more information. Responses from potential customers ranges from email, website requests, direct mail etc. The Customer Service Representative will also need to be a quick learner, as they will be entering high levels of information into company specific databases.
