CTG is seeking to fill aSales Operations Advisoropening.

Summary

Responsible for analyzing, planning and executing sales operations activities across the Americas (US, Canada, and Latin America). Integral member of sales pursuit team; provides counsel, advice, and options for the sellers to consider. Analyze and evaluate sales operations performance metrics. Works closely with members of the sales team and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal pricing strategy and margin within the sales team; leverage capabilities across business units, delivery centers, and countries

  • Provide operational guidance to individual quota carrying direct sellers regarding sales process, pursuits, and metrics

  • Work with the sales team and cross-functional teams to support sales pursuits

  • Support all sales operations activities, including sales forecasting and making sure sales team members are appropriately maintaining accurate sales activity records

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Duties

  • Provide support for sales process in costing and pricing; gain awareness of external competition pricing and approach to incorporate into CTG pricing strategies

  • Perform sales data analysis and report progress against sales metrics

  • Ensure compliance with the sales process; lead/assist in pricing strategy

  • Facilitate effective decision-making within the sales team

  • Create sales and revenue forecasts using pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators

  • Provide ad hoc analysis (including ROI analysis)

  • Ensure internal control approval procedures are followed

  • Review and approve pricing and financial terms and conditions of proposals, statements of work, and customer contracts

  • Provide and update financial tools that calculate billing and wage rates and profit percentage (e.g. pricing models)

  • Ensure compliance with all agreements (e.g., compensation, relocation)

  • Perform other duties as assigned to fulfill responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of five years of business experience in sales and/or delivery operations,

  • Experience working with individual quota carrying direct sellers

  • Competence in technologies, including Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Competence in financial contractual terms and relationships

  • Strong time management, problem solving, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
