U.S. Bank Wealth Management Managing Director 2 - Davenport, IA in DAVENPORT, Iowa
Responsible for developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Community Banking Private Client Group (PCG). Manages a team of either Personal Trust Relationship Managers or Private Banking Relationship Managers, and other professionals. Develops and evaluates relationship management, sales and service skills of team members through regular coaching sessions, joint calls, team meetings, and delivers positive reinforcement and recognition for outstanding performance. Develops a market business plan and client relationship management and sales plans with the team and ensures that the plans are executed. Assigns clients to the appropriate client services delivery team and account manager, and ensures that client objectives are understood and met and that services are delivered effectively. Coordinates with Regional President and PCG staff to implement new products, programs, pricing and processes.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Five to eight years of experience in Personal Trust or Private Banking area
Two or more years of managerial experience
- Strong relationship and sales management, private banking, personal trust, and
new business development/sales skills
Expert knowledge of all Private Client Group products and services
Extensive knowledge of other U.S. Bancorp products and services
Strong management skills
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to make critical decisions independently
