Seeking an Accounting Administrator in the Des Moines Area!!
Job Description
Invoicing and payables responsibilities. Coordination and management of vendor activities. Taking bullet points from oral meetings and communicating to donors, legislators, members, and board members. Drafting, tracking and follow-up if communications are sent, and tracking and elevating critical communications. High functioning researcher. Creating invoicing templates and templates for 1099 contractors. Review grant accounting guidelines and restrictions and present options to choose from with limited oversight. Calendar and project management – manage executive level staff calendars and board, track deadlines and deliverables for projects, and various mailboxes for correspondence.
