Description:

Reporting to the Dean of Student Affairs, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing confidential administrative support to the Dean and staff in the Office of Student Affairs, with a focus on office management and Castle Branch, scheduling, office communications, and supporting special events and projects.

  • Provides support for the Office of Student Affairs including answering phones, typing correspondence, maintaining office calendar, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, making travel arrangements and filing.

  • Directly support the Dean of Student Affairs; Schedule appointments and meetings with student, internal and external constituency groups; record meeting minutes for department related meetings; manage Dean’s calendar as needed.

  • Administrator for the CastleBranch database. Manages and tracks all student immunizations and advises students on process and works with CastleBranch and Deans/Program Chair’s to override/approve submissions.

  • Assists with gathering information, creating and maintain various reports

  • Assists with Dean’s Office activities as needed.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
