Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will design and implement a strategy for HCGBU teams to use Agile principles and practices. Once rolled out, you will help teams inspect, adapt, deliver and mature their processes and practices by leveraging your agile/lean mindset and coaching expertise to facilitate the process. Your background and entrepreneurial spirit will allow you to influence leaders and engineers in our business unit on Agile principles and values. You will help build, grow, and maintain a thriving agile organization at scale in a multi-team environment.
This role will be an integral part in designing and supporting the full Agile transformation and roll-out to all Development Teams. Candidate must be able to effectively plan and execute across a growing organization.
Very proactive in identifying challenges/roadblocks and helping remove them to help keep the teams and transformation moving forward.
Provide Agile Leadership coaching and training for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering managers
Collaborate directly with teams to coach and guide them on the mechanics of Lean and Agile methods to achieve optimal team effectiveness.
Coach teams in all aspects of scrum and kanban, how to hold ceremonies
Clearly define enterprise-wide guidelines
Ensure strong organizational information flow (scaling the coach)
Create, launch, and facilitate Agile collaborative groups, Communities of Practice, and Agile Working Groups
Continuously develop potential and existing coaches across the organization
Embrace servant leadership and display the behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with Agile methods.
Coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers, and testers.
Create, build, and deliver customized Agile training.
5+ years’ experience in technology organizations.
3+ years of large-scale Agile coaching experience with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
Hands-on experience applying lean/Agile methodologies within infrastructure, hardware, and operational environments.
Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
Consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies.
Senior Agile Leadership skills with an ability to lead by example and challenge command and control behaviors.
Excellent presentation and training skills.
Certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner or equivalent.
Application of Agile principles in one or more of these development disciplines: design, development, testing, and management; can relate principles, practices into performing these disciplines in an Agile environment.
