Overview of Job Function:

Verint Systems, Inc. is looking for a Pricing Intelligence Analyst responsible for supporting business analytics and pricing intelligence. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative team member. In this role, you will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Information Technology, and Finance to help define and deliver Verint’s pricing strategy. This candidate should be hyper-focused on achieving the company's financial and business objectives in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support value-based pricing, execution of sales promotions, and go-to-market initiatives with the goal of company growth and financial objectives.

  • Help analyze competitive pricing and revenue model strategies to stay informed on changing dynamics and industry best practice innovation.

  • Assist with examining internal and external customer data to understand win/loss drivers, market segmentation, and offer recommendations to increase sales effectiveness.

  • Create pricing reporting insights across the product portfolio and recommend opportunities for price optimization.

  • Evaluate SMB sales opportunities for deal review and approval.

  • Participate in and lead ad hoc pricing projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Pricing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, or a related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce

  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, remote environment

  • Ability to demonstrate empathetic listening, understanding and solutioning

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from qualitative and quantitative sources

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong numerical reasoning skills

  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills

  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of B2B software industry dynamics
