This Des Moines, Iowa based Bookkeeper role is being offered as a short-term contract / temporary position. Key responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries

• Manage and review general ledger

• Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping

• Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

• Support quality archived records by filing documents

• Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits

• Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions Requirements - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

• Prior experience working with collections/accounting software

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

• QuickBooks experience desired
