JOB SUMMARY

Working under direct supervision, provides routine day-to-day business operations support to multiple linesofbusiness. ResponsibleforprocessingAPtransactionssuchasvendorinvoicesand purchase orders, and may provide additional administrative support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Timely processingofstandardAPtransactionssuchasvendor invoicesand ensures proper cost center coding. Codes and allocates expenses within appropriate GL codes and technology system such as SAP.

Research vendor invoices and payment inquiries.

Responds to and follows up with client inquires. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.

Assists with creation of purchase orders through electronic shopping carts.

May assist in systems administration for specialized software utilized by the business group to support its operations.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Highschooldiplomaorgeneraleducationdegree(GED)withaminimum oftwoyearsofrelated experience and/or training.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifyingquestionstoensureunderstanding.Abilitytowriteroutinereportsandcorrespondence. Abilitytorespond tocommoninquiriesorconcernsfrom clients,co-workers,and/orsupervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups ofemployees.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requiresbasicknowledgeoffinancialtermsandprinciples.Abilitytocalculatesimplefigures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

IntermediateskillswithMicrosoftOfficeSuite productssuchasWord,Excel,Outlook,etc. Knowledge of Financial software systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, SAP, MTA, VAS or I-Track).
