What You Will Do :
Guidehouse seeks a Business Process Associate Director (AD) to join its Business Transformation Solution team within the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure (ES&I) segment. We partner with leaders who are creating sustainable, resilient communities to drive transformational outcomes. This role will be part of a dynamic team delivering breakthrough innovations for corporations, energy providers, and the public sector at the federal, state, and local levels. Our professional staff combines traditional best practices with cutting-edge approaches to build solutions supported by technology.
As part of our team, the Business Process AD will lead the solution development and go to market strategy for business process tools, templates, and processes leveraging existing enterprise best practices.
What You Will Need :
Due to nature of client engagement, US Citizenship restrictions apply
7+ years of experience supporting Utilities or Energy Providers in a Business process role
Consulting experience discussing and developing solutions with client service teams and existing/new clients excluding healthcare and financial services
Strong familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) and utility processes (Distribution, Transmission, Generation)
Experience leading and directing team members
Certification in BPM or Lean Six Sigma
Ability to travel

Must currently reside in the contiguous United States

Project Management Professional (PMP)
Working experience with utility processes (Distribution, Transmission, Generation)
The annual salary range for this position is $128,000.00-$256,100.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
