Job Brief

Provide support as it pertains to the Cards-ATM team including extensive knowledge of Reg E. Duties will include, but are not limited to processing and support of ATMs, credit/debit/prepaid cards, MyPayCard Bill Pay, tokenization, and disputes.

Job Summary:

This position provides support as it pertains to the Cards-ATM team including extensive knowledge of Reg E. Duties will include, but are not limited to processing and support of ATMs, credit/debit/prepaid cards, MyPayCard Bill Pay, tokenization, and disputes. Duties also include answering internal and external phone calls, and reconciling miscellaneous GL and deposit accounts.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

• Process daily balancing for Credit/Debit/Prepaid card settlement, ATM deposits and ATM terminal activity

• Process Credit, Debit and Prepaid card corrections, and maintenance requests

• Process unpostable card items

• Open, monitor, and process ATM and Credit/Debit/Prepaid card disputes within Network and Reg E requirements

• Open, monitor, and process MyPayCard Bill Pay disputes within Reg E requirements if applicable

• Open new credit card accounts

• Support Consumer and Commercial customers on EzBusiness and EzCard systems

• Process credit card payments for commercial and consumer cards

• Assist specialists with daily processing questions

• Provide support for EMV inquiries

• Provide support for tokenization inquiries

• Research and approve/decline tokenization request exceptions

• Process Apple Pay notifications

• Monitor and process card fraud alerts

• Answer internal and external phone calls. Provide customer support for all functions processed by the Card and ATM team. Assist customers with any trouble shooting issues they may experience

• Process reconcilements for various General Ledger and deposit accounts

• Process other miscellaneous functions, including scanning, filing, balance calls, and address changes

• Process various month end procedures, reconcilements, and reports

• Must keep current and be highly knowledgeable of the Rules and Regulations regarding the processing of card and ATM transactions, including but not limited to Regulation E, Visa Operating Rules, Shazam Operating Rules, MoneyPass Operating Rules, AllPoint Operating Rules, etc.

Education and/or Experience:

Level I

• One to three years

• College background preferred

• Prior bank operations experience (preferred)

• Previous ATM, card, or customer service experience desired

Level II

• One to three years

• College background preferred

• 2–3 years prior bank operations experience or an equivalent combination of education

• Previous ATM, card, or customer service experience desired

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Full-time Monday – Friday hours will vary between 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
