Oracle Career Enrichment Program Manager in Des Moines, Iowa
Oversees the implementation and maintenance of functional business programs.
Identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs. Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously. Partners closely with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements for programs. Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks. Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; Drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item and regular follow up through to program closure while ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating, as necessary. Provides rigorous management and analysis of overall portfolio budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs. budget, spend per program and historical trends, etc.). Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices. Runs standups and sprint planning exercises for programs owned. Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. PMP / Scrum Master certification. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams. Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy. Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint. Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization. Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation. Must be self-directed and able to work. independently as well as in a team environment. Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Excellent interpersonal skills. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

The role will: Collaborate with NACT Leaders, Operations, Human Resources, OTD and OSPA to develop programs to increase enrichment of employees across NACT, including internships, professional rotation programs, manager standard methodology sharing.
Measuring Success: Increase productivity scores through enablement programs as well as improve retention and employee experience

Undergraduate in education, business, organizational development or proven experience.
10+ years of experience in sales, instructional design, program management, sales skills training.
Demonstrate experience in:

Executing, overcoming obstacles, and quickly shifting priorities to mitigate day-to-day issues in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Continental USA or Canada. Austin preferable, but candidates from anywhere in the US or Canada will be considered. This role is predominantly work from home.
