Fiserv Client Executive III, Treasury Management in Des Moines, Iowa

Position Description

What does a great Client Executive III, Treasury Management do?

As a Client Executive within the Commercial Banking Team's Treasury Management group, you will serve as the primary contact for the Client’s C Suite and/or senior level managers. You will be responsible for managing and growing the overall relationship with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at assigned clients to ensure client likelihood to recommend our solutions and increase revenues.

As a Client Executive III, you will have two areas of focus:

Relationship Management:

  • You will conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior management to understand their needs and link them to Fiserv’s product/service strategies.

  • You are responsible for client satisfaction, revenue and transaction growth, with a focus on profitability improvements aligned with Commercial Services’ objectives

  • We want you to serves as the client advocate internally to direct resources and activities within the business unit.

  • We also need you to effectively communicate the “voice of the client” across various function areas.

  • Serves as an industry expert (cash management); including communicating relevant industry trends and best practices to clients that ultimately create demand for Commercial Services’ products and services.

Growing the Business:

  • You will creates Client account plans that will set strategic direction, up-tier relationships within client accounts, and drive the business; collaborates and provides input on Enterprise plans where applicable

  • We need you to be responsible for proactively conducting analysis of clients, business metrics and research to optimize product activity that will drive value for our Clients.

  • You will be conducting account reviews for internal executive management against account plan progress

  • You will need to effective forecast and budget key metrics for assigned customer accounts

  • Responsible for identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts and up-selling products/services in collaboration with the sales team

  • You will drives and manages contract renewal process for client contracts and maximizes return for Fiserv

Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales or account management experience in a business-to-business environment; with 3+ years of experience in the Treasury (cash) Management Industry

  • Must have proven track record in attaining/exceeding quota based metrics

  • Demonstrated effective communication skills that include internal communication of client opportunities, issues, escalations and external communication that includes key Fiserv messages

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills coupled with strong business acumen

  • Strategic account planning experience

  • Ability to travel 20%

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • Bachelor's degree is desired

  • Certified Treasury Professional
