ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Interacts with client and all levels of management and staff. Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence, newsletters, and other documents Serve as an information resource by ensuring format/template consistency, conducting research, assembling data, and performing special projects Maintain and update various SharePoint sites Performs complex clerical and administrative work, involving independent judgment and discretion Plan and coordinate meetings (logistics, prepare meeting materials/documents) Schedule appointments in cooperation with Client administrative staff both domestically and internationally Process staff on-boarding tasks as required Support the Team through completing visitor requests, granting access for online resources, managing our electronic filing hierarchy and submitting payroll hours Prepare and submit expense reports with detail and accuracy Schedule travel for Team through an online tool Connect with other JLL Teams to share best practices Perform other related assignments as business may dictate Experience Required 2 years of experience as anAdministrativeAssistant or Communications Associate Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal skills Facilitator, service and business oriented Ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills Experience Preferred Bachelor\'s degree Experience in corporate real estate JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
