Citizens Consumer Operations Loan Loss Forecasting Professional in Des Moines, Iowa
The Consumer Operations Loss Forecasting and Performance Intelligence Professional is responsible for updating and maintaining Operational forecasting models for delinquency, charge-offs and recoveries across all Consumer products managed by Loan and Specialty Operations. They will develop trending and industry intelligence to assist in base lining collections and recovery performance. They will work closely with operations team members to ensure they have an in depth understanding of the process and can translate these nuances into data requirements/model builds. They will assist the Consumer Operations Strategy Manager with the development and implementation of business plans, operational policies, procedures and systems which support their department’s long-term, strategic objectives. They will conduct problem solving and oversee complex projects with little to no supervision. Responsibilities may include projects, strategy, reporting, and other operational support areas.
Requires conceptual and practical knowledge in collections and forecasting.
Integrates industry best practices in own area to achieve the objectives.
Ability to read and write SAS code
Partners with others internally and/or externally.
Mentor junior analyst where applicable
Identifies and resolves complex business problems and/or mathematical applications/techniques.
Must communicate business concepts and key business drivers effectively to a wide audience including senior management and diverse stakeholders.

Hours & Schedule
40 hours, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
