Cornerstone onDemand Content Curation Manager (United States) in Des Moines, Iowa
This is a strategic position focused on curating the most engaging, relevant, and modern content for our clients and their learners in order to maximize learner engagement and product satisfaction. The Content Curation Manager will oversee a specific Content Anytime subscription and be responsible for surfacing the best content produced by Cornerstone Content Studios and sourced through Cornerstone Content Partnerships to include in the subscription.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous learning, detail-oriented, data-driven, an exceptional communicator, and highly organized. The position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and Strategy on the Global Content Services Team.
In this role you will...
Be responsible for selecting modern and engaging content for inclusion in a Content Anytime subscription and assembling relevant playlists/learning paths
Inform the strategic direction and roadmap priorities for a Content Anytime subscription
Liaise with the Content Operations and Experience teams to align on quarterly subscription refreshes and ensure a frictionless experience for clients
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to maintain accurate and up-to-date subscription catalogs, demo portals, playlists, training materials, positioning, and other collateral
Analyze and monitor comparable content offerings to understand how the Content Anytime subscription is differentiated and how the subscription should evolve to stay competitive
Collect feedback from internal stakeholders (i.e., sales, product, operations, client experience, partnerships, studios, marketing) and external stakeholders (i.e., clients, partners, prospects, analysts) to assure high learner engagement and client satisfaction.
Audit and identify process improvements across functions including Sales, Operations, Client Experience, Partnerships, and the Cornerstone Studios team to optimize subscriptions
Advise on any content gaps within the subscription including modalities, providers, topics, and languages represented
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
5+ years of experience in learning & development, organizational development, product management, educational technology, or other relevant experience
Passion for online learning and upskilling
Ability to present to and communicate with external stakeholders including C-suite representatives
Superior attention to detail, written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and creative-problem solving skills
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, always evolving environments
Familiarity working with large datasets and Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivots, v-lookups, data validation)
Strong team player and motivating coach
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Extra dose of awesome if you have...
Proficiency in Spanish, French, and/or German
Prior LMS administration or experience implementing learning programs
Experience working with global stakeholders
Familiarity with the HR technology market
