Red River Data Entry Clerk (per diem) in Des Moines, Iowa

The Data Entry Clerk supports our Legal/ Compliance and Contracts department by completing various administrative and clerical tasks for approximately 8-10 hours per week.

Primary Position Tasks:

  • Upload Agreement to the Contracts & Compliance SharePoint site as required.

  • Audit the SharePoint site as required to ensure naming convention consistency.

  • Update the SharePoint site as requested by members of the Contracts & Compliance team.

  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a related degree or certificate through an accredited program.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to take direction and effectively work in a team environment.

Essential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used):

This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.

This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.

Compensation Range $18-20 / hour
