SHAZAM is looking for a client support director to join our team. You’ll get to work a great team of operational leaders as we support our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead SHAZAM’s top-in-the industry client support teams as they support our financial institution, processor, merchant and service provider partners

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that service level standards are met, and contact center is staffed appropriately

  • Represent Client Support in cross-departmental meetings, working across the organization to facilitate change and process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain appropriate capacity plans, departmental budgets, and staffing models to scale

  • Create learning and development plans for your staff

    What we’re looking for:

  • 10+ years directly leading client support teams

  • Experience with remote or hybrid learning environments

  • Experience leading and developing all levels of staff and managers

  • Direct call center management experience

  • Retail or back office banking experience a plus

    Starting annual salary from $85,400 to $106,800*

    *Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
